thankful

for some years now my family has had a standing invitation to spend thanksgiving with bonnie. bonnie is part of our extended family and is the sister of my brother-in-law howard. bonnie is pictured here along with our daughter christy, as bonnie was preparing the annual thanksgiving day feast. this year was different !!  we were also there to celebrate as bonnie & howard's mom (the family matriarch) moved her residence. as far as i know mrs. mcguirk had lived in cecil county all of her life. why at the age of 92 would you move ? mrs. mcguirk had prepared for this move years before but wasn't sure when she would leave. mrs. mcguirk knew her family would be gathering at bonnie's so this was the perfect time to make her move to her new heavenly home.
